The Invisible Threat to Your
Healthcare Integrity

Unlike a stolen credit card, you can't “cancel” your medical history. Once a bad actor uses your identity for a surgery or prescription, that data is permanently woven into your clinical record.

This creates more than just a financial headache—it creates a medical catastrophe where doctors treat you based on someone else's allergies, blood type, or surgical history.

Ghost Procedures

Claims filed in your name for surgeries you never had, exhausting your lifetime insurance maximums and leaving you with the bill.

Delayed Discovery

Medical fraud often goes undetected for years until you're denied life insurance or receive a collection notice from a hospital 3 states away.

Record Corruption

Your records become a mix of your data and a criminal's, leading to life-threatening errors during emergency care when every second counts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Talarga keep my data safe?
Talarga is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. We are CARIN Alliance members adhering to FHIR R4 interoperability standards. To monitor for fraud, we securely retrieve and store your health records — including claims and clinical data from your plans and providers — in an encrypted, access-controlled environment. We never sell or share your health data, and before any data is analyzed by our AI, direct identifiers are replaced with internal tokens.
What security standards do you follow?
We follow NIST IAL2-compliant identity verification, implement SMART on FHIR authorization, and comply with CMS-9115-F Patient Access API requirements. All data is stored in a SOC 2 Type II certified environment with VPC security controls.
Do you send SMS text alerts?
Optionally, yes. In addition to push notifications, you can opt in to SMS security alerts about suspicious activity on your account — it's unchecked by default and never required to use Talarga. See SMS Alerts & Consent for what you'll receive and how to opt in or out.
Does this replace my health insurance?
No. Talarga is a security layer that sits on top of your existing insurance (Medicare, Private, or Employer-based) to protect your identity from being misused by others. Think of it like a fraud alert for your medical identity.
What happens if a fraudulent claim is found?
We help you document the fraud, notify your insurance carrier, and guide you through the dispute process.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your free trial ends automatically — no action needed if you'd like to continue. We'll email you a reminder before your first charge, and you can cancel anytime before then with no penalty.
Can I switch between the Individual and Family plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference on your next Stripe invoice.
Is my billing information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Additional payment methods may vary by region.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel before your free trial ends, no charges are incurred — we only bill at the end of the trial period. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
